Shipping Policy

Domestic shipping is provided at no additional cost, allowing eligible orders to move through the delivery network without standard freight fees, minimum purchase requirements, or spending thresholds. Customers are not required to reach a particular order value before receiving complimentary transportation, and ordinary delivery charges are not added based on the composition or total value of the shopping basket. This arrangement is intended to create a straightforward purchasing experience in which transportation expenses remain separate from the amount paid for qualifying merchandise.

Accurate recipient information plays an important role in maintaining successful delivery. Customers should enter their complete first and last names exactly as they should appear for the intended recipient and provide a complete, usable delivery address. Missing details, incomplete names, incorrect apartment or unit information, or other address-entry mistakes may interfere with carrier processing and can contribute to delays, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or packages being routed incorrectly. Reviewing all address fields carefully before submitting an order helps reduce avoidable transportation problems and supports a smoother fulfillment process.

Eligible shipments crossing applicable borders may continue to receive complimentary transportation under the same general delivery arrangement. Although customers are not charged a standard shipping fee for qualifying transportation, cross-border shipments can still be subject to documentation procedures, customs processing, or other requirements administered by local transportation providers and relevant authorities. Such procedures may affect the movement of a package independently of the basic shipping charge. Delivery partners remain responsible for handling the operational requirements associated with transportation across applicable boundaries.

Most standard orders are prepared for dispatch within approximately three to seven business days. During periods of unusually high order activity, including major product launches, popular restocks, or other substantial increases in purchasing volume, preparation may require as many as ten business days. Business-day calculations generally exclude weekends and recognized public holidays. Because fulfillment capacity can fluctuate according to incoming order volume, customers should allow additional preparation time during exceptionally busy periods. These processing windows describe the expected period required to prepare an order before transportation begins and should not necessarily be interpreted as the final arrival date.

Requests involving delivery information or recently submitted orders should be addressed as soon as possible. A limited period of approximately three hours following order placement may be available for customers to review or request changes through the designated confirmation process. Once this period has passed, customers should contact support promptly if an adjustment is necessary. However, a requested modification cannot always be completed after fulfillment procedures have begun. When an order has already entered processing or has been transferred for shipment, the ability to alter its information may be restricted or unavailable.

Once a package has been dispatched, changes to the associated order information generally cannot be guaranteed. Customers are therefore encouraged to verify names, addresses, contact details, and other delivery information before finalizing their purchase. The fulfillment process cannot assume responsibility for problems caused by inaccurate information entered during checkout. If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, insufficient location details, restricted access, or similar destination-related circumstances, a new shipment may not be available as a corrective measure.

Customers arranging delivery to hotels or other temporary accommodations should take additional care when entering destination information. Reservations should be completed sufficiently in advance of the anticipated arrival, with checkout scheduled at least two calendar weeks after the expected delivery timing where applicable. The recipient name should correspond clearly with the guest registration information maintained by the accommodation provider. Customers should also provide the relevant reservation details in the additional address information field when necessary. Supplying these details can help the carrier and lodging facility identify the intended recipient and reduce the possibility of a package becoming unclaimed or inaccessible.

Certain food products imported from Japan are handled separately from ordinary merchandise. These edible selections may need to be purchased through a dedicated order rather than combined with standard products in the same shopping basket. Separating these products allows their fulfillment, inventory handling, and transportation requirements to be managed independently. Even though they follow a distinct ordering process, eligible food shipments continue to receive complimentary transportation without a standard outbound delivery fee.

Imported food orders are shipped directly from production facilities located in Japan and generally require approximately seven to ten business days for delivery. The longer timeframe reflects the additional transportation distance and operational processes associated with international fulfillment. Customers should therefore account for the applicable delivery window when planning an order containing imported edible products. The absence of a basic shipping charge does not eliminate the need for the shipment to pass through the normal transportation and border-processing stages associated with international movement.

Shipping services are intended for individual consumer purchases and are not designed to support commercial redistribution activities. Orders may therefore be restricted when the destination or purchasing structure indicates that the merchandise is intended for resale, business distribution, or other commercial purposes. Deliveries to commercial resellers, registered business organizations, storefront locations, limited liability entities, storage facilities, shared distribution centers, or third-party freight forwarding services may not be accepted under the applicable transportation program.

Order activity may also be reviewed when purchasing patterns appear inconsistent with ordinary personal-use transactions. The applicable service may restrict, modify, or cancel certain orders without advance notice when transaction characteristics indicate unusually large quantities, suspected commercial redistribution, routing through forwarding intermediaries, delivery destinations outside permitted service areas, or repeated orders using duplicate identifiers that exceed established purchasing limitations. These measures are intended to preserve fair access to available merchandise and maintain the intended consumer-focused structure of the shipping program.

Customers can help avoid unnecessary interruptions by placing orders for personal use, selecting an eligible residential destination, providing complete and accurate recipient information, and reviewing all purchase details before submission. Allowing adequate processing time, particularly during product launches and high-demand restocking periods, can further support predictable fulfillment. While complimentary transportation removes ordinary delivery charges for qualifying orders, successful delivery still depends on accurate information, eligible destinations, appropriate purchasing quantities, and compliance with the applicable fulfillment requirements.
